At Rashtr, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order by providing appropriate products and sizes. If you receive the wrong product or if it doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

 

Your pickup will be arranged by Rashtr within 2-3 working days of your request.

All products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact when we receive them.

 

If the order does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request will not be processed, and your order will be sent back to your pickup address.

 

Please note: In case the desired size is not available for exchange, you can place a refund request following our refund policy. No other product can be exchanged in place of the same.

 

Returns Policy:

 

Shipping charges and COD charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

We will deduct shipping charges of Rs.100 in case of reverse pickup, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you in case of a refund where Rashtr is at fault. 

 

Important points to remember:

 

Return requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

Your pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 working days.

All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Amount Refund:

 

If you return the product, shipping charges and COD charges will be deducted. Additionally, a reverse shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applied, and the balance amount will be refunded to you.

 

Mode of Refund:

 

  1. Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order was placed. Once we receive the product, the amount will be processed within 1-2 working days, and your money will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days. In case of any clarifications Rashtr support team will contact you for further information. 
  2. COD Orders: The amount will be transferred to the bank account specified when placing the return request, and your amount will be reflected in your account within 15 working days.

 

Please note: In case delivery time extends beyond 20 days, we will provide a refund. To process the refund, we will require 7 business days. Additionally, all tags and packaging must be intact, and the product should be unwashed, stained, any kind of bad odour or used.
